Are you an experienced regulatory change or data governance professional with a strong understanding of BCBS 239? Do you have a background in banking, data analytics, and regulatory reporting? Are you comfortable turning regulatory requirements into practical processes and ensuring they become part of everyday operations? If so, this could be the right opportunity for you.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

• Ensure compliance with BCBS 239 requirements by the end of 2026, with continued operational support into Q1 2027.
• Support the compliant go-live of 14 regulatory use cases and ensure they deliver real business value.
• Improve reporting dashboards, control frameworks, and data reconciliation processes.
• Identify and resolve data quality and operational issues to ensure accurate and consistent credit risk and regulatory finance reporting.
• Embed regulatory controls and processes into daily operations to ensure ongoing compliance and sustainable improvements.

AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE

• Strong knowledge of BCBS 239 and banking regulatory requirements.
• Experience in data analytics, data quality, data governance, or regulatory reporting.
• Proven experience implementing regulatory controls and embedding processes into business-as-usual operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify data discrepancies and drive improvements.
• A Master's degree in a relevant field, with experience working across business, risk, finance, and data stakeholders.
