What they need
- Prepare and analyze financial, cost, and accounting statements to determine performance and render appropriate records thereof, under the PFRS. COA issuances, and requirements of oversight agencies;
- Assist in managing/maintaining specific books of accounts;
- Interpret accounts and examine records, and vouchers, and prepare reports to substantiate individual transactions before settlement;
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and schedules for management analysis and decision-making and compliance with statutory requirements and requirements of various government agencies;
- Analyze and reconcile assigned accounts;
- Assists in addressing the COA audit observations/recommendations and BIR documentary requirements/assessments;
- Review, examine, and validate business contracts and other related documents in connection with the financial statements;
- Process various disbursements and examine/validate the related transaction documents in compliance with the existing government rules and regulations;
- Determine applicable taxes, implement tax remittances, and monitor the creditable withholding taxes;
- Perform other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
