**Job Summary:**We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accountant. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their career in accounting. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various accounting tasks and to grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping: Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and manage vendor and client relationships.

• Bank Reconciliation: Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

• Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws.

• Assistance in Audits: Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and schedules.

• Data Entry and Maintenance: Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documents.

• Adherence to Regulations: Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
