Position: BD & Marketing Manager

Location: East

Salary: Up to $7,000

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Discover new business opportunities for the company, including involvement in developing new products and services, new customer segments, new partnerships and new workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Create or instruct the marketing executive to create a marketing calendar for scheduling, managing and discussing marketing activities
• Conceptualize marketing activities that fit the calendar given the resources and objectives
• Plan campaigns considering objectives, audience needs and profiles, requirements, company brand and identity, design intent and direction, suitable platforms and formats, timelines, budgets, outcomes and performance tracking
• Present campaign concept plans to company leaders for approval and make any adjustments required
• Direct the marketing executive to carry out content development and/or campaign setup with clear briefing on requirements and expectations
• Review and approve marketing executive designs and instruct setup of campaigns
• Receive regular performance reports from the marketing executive and advise optimization adjustments where necessary
• Conduct research and consult sales engineers for feedback on market needs, requirements, trends, developments, gaps and opportunities
• Present business development ideas to company leaders for discussion and draw up execution plans
• Coordinate with colleagues across operations, engineering, marketing and sales to execute business development plans

About you

• Experience in marketing campaign planning and execution
• Experience in business development and market research
• Ability to manage and direct marketing staff
• Ability to present ideas and plans to company leadership
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments
