Introduction:

We are looking for someone who can commit at least 6 months full-time and above!

In this Role, you’ll get to

• Supplier Onboarding & Contract Management — Drive end-to-end supplier onboarding by expediting contract signing, coordinating document submission, and resolving internal approval bottlenecks.
• Marketing Campaign Support — Assist the BD team in submitting and executing promotional campaigns in compliance with platform requirements.
• Post-Sales Support — Resolve operational issues raised by customer service by coordinating with suppliers for effective solutions.
• Competitor & Performance Analysis — Monitor competitor pricing and Meta ranking metrics to identify gaps and implement corrective actions for underperforming listings.

What you'll Need to Succeed

• Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken); Chinese proficiency preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in tourism, e-commerce, or contract management preferred
