Design and deliver customised pitches RFP responses and solution demonstrations that articulate ROI and strategic differentiation within retail banks commercial & investment banks credit unions asset managers insurers and fintech organisations. Act as the BFS expert within CX-CRM pursuits ensuring proposed CRM solutions are designed around KYC AML consent management and data privacy requirements from the outset. 9.
