我们正在寻找一位积极主动、善于建立关系的业务开发人才，加入 M Moser Associates 的国际化团队。你将站在市场与客户的前端，持续拓展客户网络、发现业务机会，并与设计、策略、工程和项目团队紧密协作，把潜在合作逐步发展为长期客户关系和实际项目。

We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Business Development professional to join the Client Services team at M Moser Associates.

You will be at the front line of our market and client engagement - expanding networks, identifying opportunities and working closely with our design, strategy, engineering and project teams to build lasting client partnerships and meaningful projects.

主要职责 / What You Will Do

• 主动开发新客户、新项目及合作机会，持续拓展业务网络。
• Proactively develop new clients, projects and partnership opportunities.
• 通过客户拜访、行业活动、社群、人脉及其他渠道，建立并维护长期客户关系。
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through client visits, industry events, communities, networks and other channels.
• 了解客户的业务需求与挑战，并识别可推进的项目机会。
• Understand clients’ business needs and challenges, and identify opportunities that can be advanced.
• 清晰传达公司的设计理念、项目经验与综合服务能力。
• Communicate the firm’s design thinking, project experience and integrated capabilities with clarity.
• 与内部团队协作，推动机会从初步沟通走向项目合作。
• Collaborate with internal teams to move opportunities from initial conversations to project engagement.

任职要求 / What We Are Looking For

• 英语可作为工作语言，普通话流利；粤语或其他语言能力为加分项。
• English must be a working language, with fluency in Mandarin. Cantonese or other language skills are a plus.
• 积极主动，乐于与人建立联系，对客户开发和业务拓展有热情。
• Proactive, people-oriented and genuinely motivated by client development and business growth.
• 具备良好的沟通、表达和关系建立能力，能够与不同背景及层级的客户有效互动。
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage people across different backgrounds and seniority levels.
• 有客户开发、销售、商务拓展、客户服务或咨询相关经验；经验年限不限。
• Experience in client development, sales, business development, client service or consulting. Years of experience are flexible.
• 有设计、办公空间、建材、工程、地产或相邻行业经验者优先，但非硬性要求。
• Experience in design, workplace, materials, engineering, real estate or adjacent sectors is preferred, but not essential.
• 对设计、空间、艺术、文化或商业创新感兴趣者更佳。
• An interest in design, space, art, culture or business innovation is a plus.
