该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.

依据公司发展战略和BD年度目标，制定并带领团队执行工作计划，完成年度目标。

• To participate in internal R&D meetings; to understand the advantages/differentiation of our assets and help distill key messages; to be a good story teller of Frontier and its assets; To become a trustworthy partner to R&D, IP, legal, finance teams.
• Working with CBO and Jimmy together, carry out BD plan particularly out- and in-License work. Participate in deck preparation, go to conferences (domestic and abroad), meet interested parties to introduce Frontier assets, generate leads, follow up as point-of-contact with potential partners; coordinate with internal teams for pre-DD and DD, participate in preparing TS and negotiation, and participate in transaction.
• Lead team for alliance management and research collaboration activities.

参加BD专委会定期向公司管理层汇报BD业务进展、问题、风险及需要公司支持、协调的内容。 7.

任职资格 １.

医药、生物、化学、药理学等相关专业，本科及以上学历，硕士/博士优先。 ２．具有8-10年药企BD经验，5年以上BD团队管理经验，英文听说读写流利，沟通交流能力强；具备商业洞察力、风险管控意识及保密意识。A well-rounded BD professional, a good team player. ３． 人品优良、靠谱、诚实，具备良好的个人职业道德素养和积极的态度，忠诚度高。有强烈的职业成就饥饿感与活力，商务和市场营销职业气质突出，勤奋好学，理解公司平台和项目成就个人职业发展的重要性。 ４． 结果导向，抗压能力强，能躬身入局操持具体工作，关注细节。能适应经常出差，高强度工作节奏。 ５． 熟悉创新药License in、License out全流程操作，有新药项目交易落地实操经验，熟悉海内外交易规则、估值模型及合同条款。初步具备独立带队完成业务目标的能力。 ６．

熟悉创新药研发（包括靶点）发展趋势、临床、注册及商业化全流程，掌握行业政策及市场竞争动态。
