You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships and closing deals with key Japanese automakers. Key Responsibilities 主要职责： -Lead business development with Japanese OEMs in China and Japan -Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with target automakers -Structure and negotiate long-term commercial agreements -Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese OEM partners -Collaborate with project management team, solutions team, and R&D teams to provide tailored products for clients -Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the region Requirements 职位要求： -3-8 years of BD/sales experience in automotive/ autonomous driving/ Al -Proven track record of working directly with Japanese OEMs -Deep understanding of both China and Japan automotive markets -Fluent Japanese (English is a plus)
