Key Responsibilities

• Connect with assigned leads and convert them into franchise partners.
• Present and promote Navkar Institute's franchise opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchise partners.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, seminars, and follow-up discussions.
• Close franchise deals and achieve assigned business targets.
• Travel extensively to support franchise expansion initiatives.

Eligibility

• BBA (Marketing) or BBM (Marketing) is mandatory. MBA/PGDM in Marketing is preferred.
• 0–4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Franchise Development.
• Experience in conducting seminars, presentations, or promotional events is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in influencing decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
