• JOB SUMMARY Assist BD Manager in Business Development and Account Management functions for Medical Business Unit. Direct short-term and long-range planning to support strategic organisation goals and to development new customer accounts and grow the account for Flex operations to meet budget and other financial goals. Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for the company’s products and services by leveraging on key internal and/or external resources.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (1)Plan, develop and implement strategy for targeted overseas customer accounts & secure Medical business to meet to agreed organization performance plans within agreed budget and timescales. (2)Liase & work with other functional departments to provide customers on new project quotation, technical feedback and follow through to secure the project and meet to customer satisfaction. (3)Developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. (4)Participate in Cost Reduction activities to drive cost saving functions in order to meet Customer price target to secure business opportunities and internal cost savings objectives. (5)Update & submit monthly LC & week report and ensure data is accurate. (6)Work with customer to close all liability and overdue payment issues. (7)Responsible for the implementation and execution of the integration plan of the department.
• REQUIREMENT (1)Associate's Degree and above,at least two years of relevant experience (2)Proficient in English reading and writing,flient spoken English is preferred) (3)Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) (4)Positive work attitude, self-motivated,Hardworking, Smart, Integrity,Good interpersonal and communication skill (5)Result oriented, accurate and timely (6)Good time management
