Key Responsibilities

• Research potential businesses across the EU and MENA regions that could benefit from our recruitment solutions.
• Connect with prospective clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Schedule meetings and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Assist in presenting recruitment and talent acquisition solutions.
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
• Support proposal preparation and follow-up communication.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior team members to achieve business development goals.

Requirements

• Recent graduated Bachelor's/Master's degree.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in B2B sales, recruitment, or business development.
• Comfortable speaking with international clients.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
