• Formulate and execute strategic initiatives in Middle East for market expansion within the International Business Unit.
• Build strong relationships with government bodies, industry partners, and potential customers.
• Conduct insightful market research to understand local regulations, competition, and client needs.
• Develop and execute business plans to hit sales targets in the Middle East.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, product, operations) to ensure smooth project landing and proper deployment.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive client presentations and proposals.
• Qualifications**
• Bachelor's in Business/Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of business development/sales experience, ideally in autonomous driving or tech.
• Deep understanding of Middle East AI/tech/automotive markets with a proven client success record.
• Fluent in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for diverse international business environments.
• Thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional settings and available for frequent international travel.
