BD Manager (声学领域）

该职位来源于猎聘 JOB SUMMARY： The position will be in charge of business development activities to growth company Top and Bottom lines along with company long term strategy and achieve revenue and profit objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES： -Work with Finance and Logistic functions to improve AR collection and inventory turns. -Customers’ interface and develop lasting relationships with new and existing customers in order to maximize revenues for the company. -Develop & implement strategy sales plan that focuses on profitability of business, stay competitive and meeting corporate goals with reference to AOP.

• Lead pre/post sales service team comprises costing, customer service and program management for business loading and order fulfillment.
• Pricing strategy and proposal. -Negotiate for contracts and to co-ordinate and negotiate all related activities to ensure the completion of these projects. -Work effectively with customer on inventory turns, reduce inventory levels, control obsolete and excess inventory. -Any ad-hoc related task as assigned by the superior. -Handle confidentiality is a MUST.

REQUIREMENT： -Bachelor degree with major in marketing, Business administration, Finance.

Engineering experience is a Plus point. -Experience working within the audio sector. （Must to have） -Good in MS Office. -Bilingual with good written and oral English and Chinese. -Good Customer relationship management.
