BD Manager (细胞株licensing)

该职位来源于猎聘 This position is responsible for building direct relationships with therapeutic developers and Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs), and ultimately commercializing Revvity’s licensing and broader bioprocessing portfolio. The role is expected to leverage deep industry and customer knowledge to deliver against annual business targets.

• Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with therapeutic developers and CDMOs. Manage and grow active pipeline of opportunities.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain executive-level relationships at therapeutic developers and CDMO accounts. Promote long-term cooperation and strategic account ownership.
• Customer Intelligence: Identify emerging trends in bioprocess and drug development and translate customer insights into actionable feedback for Product Management and R&D.
• Strategic Planning & internal collaboration: Lead the go-to-market strategy for the Chinese market and work cross-functionally to drive awareness of portfolio breadth.
• Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities, drive market expansion, and increase market share.
• Reporting and Analysis: Validate revenue forecasts for increased accuracy.
• Master’s degree at least in a related field.
• Extensive experience in sales management, particularly in the Greater China market.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership; comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Rich direct sales experience
• Fluent English is highly preferred
