Job Responsibilities:

·       Build, lead and scale a high-performing sales team and agent network

·       Drive sales performance, conversion rates and loan disbursement growth

·       Develop and execute strategies to acquire customers and expand market share

·       Take ownership of the full sales funnel (lead generation → conversion → disbursement)

·       Monitor pipeline performance and implement actions to improve productivity and efficiency

·       Work closely with credit and operations teams to ensure fast turnaround and smooth processes

·       Coach, train and develop team members to consistently achieve and exceed targets

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates we are looking for should be a Manager, Business Development experience in car refinancing and title loan with:

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in personal loans, mortgage, refinancing, title loan or collateral-based lending

·       Proven experience in leading a sales team and delivering strong results

·       Strong track record in loan disbursement and business growth

·       Solid understanding of loan processes, credit flow, and documentation

·       Strong leadership, execution and problem-solving skills

·       Highly target-driven, aggressive and results-oriented
