Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Flexible)
Salary: 80,000 – 100,000 THB/Month (depending on qualifications and experience)
Other Benefits: Group insurance, PVF, Bonus and etc.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven BD Manager to lead business development activities for Contract Transportation and Warehouse Solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with strong experience in the 3PL industry to develop new business, manage key accounts, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related commercial role.
• Proven experience in selling Transportation and/or Contract Warehouse Services is highly preferred.
• Strong business development, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
• Possess a personal car and a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies to achieve targets for Contract Warehouse and Transportation Solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including potential customers and market segments.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with new and key account customers.
• Ensure a high level of service for key customers by establishing and maintaining effective SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Monitor customer requirements and work closely with internal teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Review and monitor budgets for properties and services under management.
• Prepare and present annual reports, quarterly performance updates, and other financial and non-financial reports for customers.
• Conduct market analysis and provide business insights to support sales growth and strategic decision-making.
