What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in business development, procurement, site acquisition, property leasing, or a related field.
- Experience negotiating with property owners, landlords, or commercial establishments is preferred.
- Familiarity with OOH advertising formats, billboard locations, LED screens, or media asset acquisition is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good research, site-scouting, and market analysis capabilities.
- Ability to evaluate commercial opportunities and identify cost-effective locations
- Familiarity with Google Maps, location mapping, and basic site documentation
- Willingness to conduct field visits, site inspections, and meetings with property owners.
