About The Team This role sits within BD – Marketing solutions & Monetization, a team that aims to help build and grow Shopee sellers by leveraging the power of Shopee’s marketing solutions and monetization programs to generate commercial results. To put things into perspective, for Marketing solutions, it is common for a seller on Shopee to have their digital storefront on Facebook, Instagram, etc; with Shopee’s integration with META ads solutions, Shopee sellers are able to boost ads via their META assets leading traffic to their Shopee store. Non-ads solutions such as the growing content commerce solutions and affiliate marketing are also available to sellers serving as one stop shop for marketing solutions for sellers. For monetization teams, we manage and grow Shopee Ads adoption and co-investments programs between sellers and Shopee.

Monetization team focuses on driving Shopee’s long-term vision and growth strategy. This includes multiple revenue-generating aspects such as managing mandatory commission, Prime Program, and Dynamic Rebate Program.

This role is part of the Business Development (BD) program, focusing on launching new initiatives that align with Shopee’s long-term vision and growth strategy.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business Intelligence, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with Shopee’s strategic direction
