BD Specialist

• Scout and source creators/influencers for brand partnerships.
• Build and maintain a pool of qualified creators aligned with client needs.
• Coordinate with creators regarding campaigns, rates, and deliverables.
• Support brand acquisition and partnership initiatives.
• Monitor creator performance and campaign requirements.

Qualifications:

• College graduate, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Knowledge of TikTok, social media, and influencer marketing.
• Proactive, resourceful, and target-oriented.
• Willing to work onsite in Capitol Square, Cebu.
• Experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships is an advantage.
