Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Coimbatore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with prospective leads.
• Explain the company's services and address customer queries.
• Convert leads into admissions
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
• Prepare daily activity and conversion reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Admission Counselling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
