**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional service to customers.

**Duties:**

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control

• Utilize software systems to process orders and track customer information

• Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs

• Negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements

• Communicate effectively with team members and management

• Conduct outside sales activities to attract new clients

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a MUST

**Experience:**

• Prior experience in a customer service or sales role preferred

• Proficiency in math for retail calculations

• Strong phone etiquette skills

• Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals

• Experience with inventory control practices

• Familiarity with software systems for order processing and customer management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
