BDC Appointment Coordinator

Bert Ogden Toyota is hiring a BDC Appointment Coordinator for our Harlingen dealership. Help customers move from an inquiry to a scheduled appointment with the sales team through clear communication and consistent follow-up. This is a full-time, in-person position at 8721 W Expressway 83, Harlingen, TX 78552.

Responsibilities

• Work assigned customer leads and follow-up opportunities using dealership-approved methods.

• Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails throughout the buying process.

• Listen carefully to customers, understand their vehicle interests, and coordinate next steps with sales representatives.

• Ask for the appointment, schedule customer visits, and keep appointment information accurate.

• Follow up with sold and unsold customers and maintain organized records of your activity.

• Work with the dealership team toward shared appointment and customer-service goals.

Qualifications

• Clear, professional communication and strong phone etiquette.

• Confidence building rapport and asking customers to schedule an appointment.

• Comfort with a consistent phone and email workload.

• Reliable follow-through, a team-oriented approach, and honest, professional conduct.
