What You’ll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls and respond to inbound leads
• Set quality appointments with prospective customers
• Document interactions and follow up with customers
• Maintain a professional, positive presence while helping improve communication strategies
• Greet showroom guests, and guide them towards the right sales or service team member

What You Bring

• BDC or call center experience required
• Comfortable using a CRM
• Drive, motivation, resilience to failure, positive attitude
• Clear communication, organization, and basic computer skills
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Schedule
