BDC Representative - Automotive (Service)

The Stoler Automotive Group is seeking a Service BDC Representative to assist customers with inquiries and setting appointments. This position at our dealership plays a crucial role in engaging with customers and requires strong communication skills. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you! This will be with a salary position plus commission; Spanish speaker would be ideal and must be available work on Saturday's.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to set appointments and address inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transition and follow-up on customer inquiries.

Experience:

• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
• Must be Bi-lingual in Spanish, highly desirable for effective communication with a diverse customer base.
• Must be available to work on Saturdays.
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using CRM software.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
