Job Description: Automotive Business Development Center (BDC) Professional

Reports to: BDC Manager

Job Classification: Full Time

Work Schedule: Dealership Hours are 8:00 am-6:00 pm- Monday-Friday, Saturday hours are 8:00 am-1:00 pm with schedule being every other Saturday. Position is scheduled 40 hours per week, or as dealership volume and needs dictate.

Compensation: Commiserate with experience. We offer a very competitive base pay with commission scale.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales, service, and body shop leads and general questions
• Make outbound phone calls for GMC Manifest lists
• Complete equity mining in the CRM for prospects
• Make outbound phone calls to prior day’s sales and service visits
• Check leads that need further engagement
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing guests to create customers for life
• Perform follow up to ensure guest satisfaction and referrals
• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with sales staff, office staff, and managers

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
