BDC Representative

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving business growth and enhancing customer relationships.

Pay is hourly rate plus bonuses

Duties

• Engage in outbound sales activities, including cold calling and follow-ups to generate leads
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation
• Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline efficiently
• Assist in high-end sales processes by providing product knowledge and upselling opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to support inventory management and control efforts
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels

Qualifications

• Proven experience sales is preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients
• Familiarity with CRM software for effective sales management
• Experience in automobile sales or dealership environments is advantageous
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for engaging clients effectively
• Ability to perform retail math calculations related to inventory control and pricing strategies
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Background in retail sales or customer service is beneficial
