BDC Representative

Duties Include:

• Answering incoming calls and addressing customers' Sales and Service inquiries.
• Scheduling appointments for Service, New and Used Sales customers.
• Responding to Sales and Service internet leads.
• Making outbound Sales and Service calls utilizing various manifest lists.
• Jumping in with other BDC team members' customer leads to be a second voice.
• Other various office duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent computer and phone skills.
• Proficient in common computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Possesses the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right applicant.
