As a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience. From managing incoming internet leads to making strategic outbound calls, you’ll guide clients through the initial stages of their purchase journey—all while representing the Braman standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, text, email or in person)
• Manage Internet sales leads
• Respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance.
• Schedule appointments for test drives and delivery of vehicles

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• At least 1 year of experience preferred
• Exceptional communication, listening, and organizational skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable in a technology-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
