BDC Representative | Hourly - Tucson Subaru

Tucson Subaru, a well-known dealership located on N Oracle Rd., has an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. We are seeking a BDC Representative for immediate hire. Our dealership is consistently one of the top-performing Subaru dealerships in the nation! In this role, you will primarily be responsible for answering calls, assisting customers with inquiries, updating customer information, and supporting the sales and service teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent phone etiquette, and a passion for customer service.

BDC Representative Job Responsibilities

• Answering and directing inbound calls
• Assisting customers with service, sales, or parts inquiries and providing updates
• Scheduling appointments and managing customer information
• Assisting with follow-ups, customer outreach, and database management
• Supporting other departments as needed

Receptionist/BDC Representative Qualifications

• Previous Reception or Call-Center experience preferred
• Previous Automotive experience preferred

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
