BDC Sales Appointment Setter

$16 – $20 per hour + Commission + Performance Bonuses!

Join the team at Keffer Hyundai Genesis as a Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Appointment Setter!

In this role, you’ll connect with potential customers, follow up with interested shoppers, and schedule appointments for our sales team. If you enjoy talking with people, providing excellent customer service, and earning more through performance-based incentives, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Contact prospective customers by phone, text, and email.
• Follow up with internet leads and customer inquiries.
• Schedule sales appointments and help customers take the next step toward finding their next vehicle.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers to encourage showroom visits.
• Build positive relationships through friendly, professional communication.
• Work with the sales team to help create an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up notes.

We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
• Good organization and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Call center experience is a plus
• A goal-oriented mindset and a desire to earn performance-based incentives.
• Automotive experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are important.

Full-Time Benefits:
