BDC Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming internet, phone, and sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Contact prospective customers to schedule showroom appointments and test drives.
• Follow up with leads to encourage engagement and drive dealership traffic.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the CRM.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the BMW brand.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone presence and customer service skills.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple leads.
• Sales, call center, BDC, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and other technology.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to achieve goals.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm; Some weekends and holidays required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
