About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth for our AI Governance SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
• Identify potential clients and decision-makers.
• Conduct outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
• Schedule product demos and business meetings.
• Understand client requirements and communicate our product's value.
• Maintain and update leads and activities in the CRM.
• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business targets.
• Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, SaaS, or IT Sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Experience with CRM, LinkedIn, or lead-generation tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SaaS, AI, or technology products will be an advantage.
