Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident BDE (Business Development Executive) to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify potential leads through calls, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
• Communicate with prospective clients and explain products/services.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a proper lead pipeline.
• Use LinkedIn for prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Use AI tools to improve lead research, communication, and daily productivity.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations when required.
• Maintain records of leads, calls, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly business development targets.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory.
• Good interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI productivity tools.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn for lead generation and professional networking.
• Comfortable with calling, prospecting, and regular client follow-ups.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must have a personal laptop and reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Target-oriented, confident, and willing to learn.
