BDE (Business Development Executive)

• Generate new leads for interior design, construction, and related services.
• Identify potential residential and commercial clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and understand their interior/design requirements.
• Conduct client meetings and explain company services and project offerings.
• Coordinate and arrange site visits with prospective clients.
• Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, digital platforms, and market visits.
• • Achieve monthly sales and business-development targets.
• • Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth communication with clients.
• • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations, and conversions.
• • Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase project enquiries and company visibility.
• Candidate Requirements
• • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• • Experience in Interior Designing, Construction, or Real Estate is mandatory/preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹35,979.59 per month
