BDE (Business Development Executive)

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth, lead generation and client acquisition for our IT and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach and other channels.
• Identify and acquire new clients for IT Services, Web Development, Software Development and Digital Marketing.
• Handle prospecting, client communication, follow-ups, negotiations and deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Achieve sales targets, revenue goals and business development objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales or IT Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, convincing and closing skills.
• Hands-on experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
• Experience in selling IT Services / Software / Web Development / Digital Marketing is preferred.
• Ability to manage the complete sales cycle.
• Experience with international clients will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners and candidates from Mohali, Chandigarh, Zirakpur, Kharar and nearby Tricity areas are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
