Next Art Creations, an EdTech company, is hiring motivated and target-driven Business Development Associates to support business growth and increase student enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads.
- Connect with students and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course benefits and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into admissions.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain lead records.
- Coordinate with the marketing team.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
