We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to help us generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, and expand our presence in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through online and offline channels.
• Contact potential clients through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Promote the company's software products and IT services.
• Identify potential customers in logistics, transportation, warehousing, manufacturing, and other industries.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable software solutions.
• Schedule client meetings, follow up on leads, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain lead databases, sales reports, and follow-up records.
• Work towards business development targets and contribute to company growth.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate can apply.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and MS Office.
• Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
• Interest in IT sales, marketing, and business development.
• Self-motivated, confident, and willing to learn new technologies and sales techniques.
