We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with strong knowledge of online freelancing platforms, especially Upwork, to join our team!

Experience: 2–3 Years

Position: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through Upwork and other online portals.
• Prepare and submit winning proposals for relevant projects.
• Manage client communication, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Build strong client relationships and convert leads into business.
• Analyze project requirements and prepare effective bidding strategies.
• Achieve business development and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in business development, bidding, or online lead generation.
• Good hands-on experience with Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, client-handling, and proposal-writing skills.
• A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
