About the Role (BDE):

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. The role demands good communication skills, confidence in client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Research and identify potential leads through various online platforms.

· Initiate communication with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

· Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.

· Collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities.

· Achieve set targets and contribute to business growth.

Ideal Candidate:

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team.

· Open to learning sales and business development strategies.

· Comfortable with night shift timings to interact with international clients.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
