About the Role
Join PlaceMux’s Campus 2 Career team and help students choose the right career programs while driving B2C sales and enrollments.
What You’ll Do
Connect with students through calls, WhatsApp and meetings
Counsel students and understand their career goals
Drive Lead to Follow up to Conversion
Handle objections and close enrollments
Achieve sales targets
Maintain CRM and follow up records
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and convincing skills
Target oriented and ambitious mindset
Ability to build trust quickly
Strong follow up and relationship building skills
Freshers are welcome
Graduates and Final year students can apply
Selection and Probation
2 Days Training plus 7 Days Probation
Role: Business Development Executive
Probation Target: 2 Conversions
Role: Strategic Growth Associate
Probation Target: 3 Conversions
Successful candidates move forward into the respective full time role.
