Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls, email communications, and direct marketing.
• Identifying customer requirements and presenting mapping software/IT products.
• Conducting effective online product demos for prospective clients.
• Managing data in CRM, tracking lead pipeline, and closing sales opportunities.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with clients remotely.

Required Skills:

• Prior IT/Software Sales or Inside Sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM management, email marketing campaigns, and quote preparation.
• Goal-oriented approach to meet monthly sales targets.

Candidate & Remote Work Requirements:

• Must have a quiet home office environment suitable for client video/phone calls.
• High-speed internet connection and functional laptop/PC with headset.
