About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our sales and growth initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and business development strategy within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through market research, cold calling, and online channels
• Assist in building and maintaining a database of prospective clients
• Support the sales team in client outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building
• Assist in preparing business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM/trackers
• Support in achieving weekly/monthly business development targets

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
