Backup Infotech is expanding its Business Development team and looking for motivated professionals with hands-on experience in IT business development and online bidding.

Position: Business Development Executive / Online Bidder
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Mohali, Punjab

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT and software development services.
• Manage bidding and client acquisition through Upwork and other online platforms.
• Research potential clients and generate qualified leads.
• Prepare professional and customized business proposals based on client requirements.
• Handle client communication, follow-ups, negotiations, and initial discussions.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions.
• Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and work toward business development targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT Business Development, Online Bidding, or IT Sales.
• Strong hands-on experience with Upwork is required.
• Good understanding of IT/software development services.
• Strong proposal writing and lead-generation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
