BDE (Upwork Specilaist)

This is a full-time, on-site BDE (Upwork Specialist) role based in Indore. The BDE will be responsible for identifying, bidding on, and managing opportunities on Upwork and similar freelance platforms, aligning projects with Creative AI’s website and app builder services. Day-to-day tasks include researching and qualifying leads, crafting tailored proposals, maintaining client communication, and following up to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to understand capabilities, accurately scope projects, and ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery. The BDE will also analyze performance metrics, optimize bidding strategies, and contribute to the overall growth of the company’s international client base.

Qualifications

• Experience with Upwork or similar freelance platforms, including profile management, project bidding, and client communication.
• Business development and sales skills, such as lead generation, prospect qualifying, proposal writing, and deal closure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and professionally to global clients.
• Basic understanding of web and app development concepts, SaaS products, or AI-powered tools to align client needs with platform capabilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and maintain organized records of bids and client interactions.
• Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software, and online collaboration platforms to track pipeline and performance.
• Previous experience in IT services, digital agencies, or product companies is preferred; familiarity with international markets is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
