• Role: Business Development Manager
• Experience: Typically 0 to 2 years, depending on the company
• Reports to: Operation Manager
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
• Track market trends and competitor activities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Lead generation and sales experience.
• Client relationship management.
• Presentation and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
