Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT services sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Handle international and domestic IT service clients.
• Lead sales discussions, negotiations, proposals, and deal closures.
• Manage and guide the BDE/Business Development team.
• Track sales pipeline, leads, conversions, and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to understand client requirements and prepare suitable solutions.
