BDM (Business Development Manager)

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Coimbatore

Employment Type: Full-time

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and referral partners
• Conduct regular meetings with doctors to generate patient referrals
• Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
• Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups to improve performance
• Support marketing initiatives and local outreach activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Monitor appointments, scheduling, and patient flow
• Maintain operational reports and ensure compliance standards
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities

What we need:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Healthcare/Management preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in clinic operations and/or healthcare sales
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Experience in handling targets and business development
• Ability to manage operations and lead a team
