We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager – Cold Chain

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Experience: 3–5 Years Package: Up to ₹7 LPA Fixed + Performance Incentives + Conveyance

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Business Development Manager to drive sales for our IoT-enabled Cold Chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business across Food, Pharma, Dairy, Meat, Frozen Foods & Perishables.
• Sell IoT solutions including GPS, RFID/UHF, door sensors & temperature/humidity monitoring devices.
• Drive sales of Cold Chain Monitoring & Fleet Management SaaS solutions.
• Manage enterprise sales involving hardware + software + API integrations.
• Build relationships with Supply Chain, Procurement, QA, Logistics & Operations heads.
• Develop and close high-value enterprise accounts.

Must-Have

• 3–5 years of B2B direct sales experience.
• Experience in Cold Chain, Food/Pharma Logistics, IoT, Telematics or Supply Chain Technology is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of cold chain operations and temperature monitoring.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Existing network in the Cold Chain / Food / Pharma / Perishable industry will be an advantage.

Key Focus: New client acquisition, revenue growth, large enterprise deployments & account expansion.
