******We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager - Instrumentation Electronics Engineer who is responsible for driving sales and business growth in **industrial instrumentation, electronic systems, and IoT-enabled solutions . They identify new market opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and provide **smart sensing, automation, and connectivity solutions for industries such as manufacturing, energy, healthcare, and smart infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities

• Sales Business Growth Develop and execute sales strategies for IoT-based instrumentation and electronic solutions.
• Technical Consultation Work with clients to understand their requirements and propose sensor-based IoT solutions , smart monitoring systems, and automation technologies.
• Technical Expertise - Must have strong background and hands on expertise on IOT communication protocols, Gateways (Selection and Avl), Factory OT systems and Data Acquisition methods.
• Industry Networking Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and industrial clients to expand market reach.
• Product Positioning GTM Strategy Define value propositions, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies for IoT-enabled instrumentation products.
• Market Research Competitive Analysis Stay updated on Industry 4.0, smart sensing, wireless communication protocols ( LoRa, NB-IoT, Zigbee, Bluetooth etc ;), and cloud-based analytics .
• Proposal Contract Negotiation Lead client presentations, draft proposals, and negotiate contracts for IoT instrumentation projects. Must be ready to work at factory environment to understand the shop floor and propose a suitable solution.************
